Trimpeks' Technical Service Dept. is fully committed to keep the highest level of customer satisfaction

The technical staff consists of highly skilled and experienced engineers/technicians in each field. They provide the best service solution for all products which include maintenance and repair as well as a countrywide service network in Turkey.

 

The Technical Service Dept. has its own warehouse with a wide range of spare parts in stock. Thus any spare parts needed, can be obtained directly from the warehouse and/or will be delivered "express" to the customers.
 

All service operations are conducted in accordance with the legal procedures specified in ISO and TSE standards and are recorded. For the maintenance and repair operations high-level biomedical measurement and simulation devices are utilized. The annual controls of Trimpeks' measuring and testing devices are made by accredited calibration institutions and the Service Dept. is fully inspected by the relevant authorities.
